The Team

Our Partnership is one of four within Warwickshire (North, South, Eastern and Central) and we also work with Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sport (CSW Sport).

Eastern Warwickshire School Sport Partnership is based at Harris School and Sports College in Rugby and is headed by the Partnership Development Manager, Leesa Brennan.

Our Partnership incorporates 6 secondary schools and 1 special school.

Each of these secondary schools has a School Sport Co-ordinator who not only develops opportunities in their own secondary school but also their family primary schools.

Within the partnership there are 35 primary/infant/junior schools. Each of these schools is supported by a Primary Link Teacher whose aim is to ensure that the maximum number of children benefit from opportunities offered by the Partnership.

Each Partnership also has a Competition Manager, whose job it is to raise the quality and quantity of competitive opportunities for young people in their area. The Eastern Area Competition Manager is Mike Smethurst.
